Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for next-generation challenges
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic concepts into current product pipelines
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Develop strategic frameworks for sustainable growth and competitive advantage through 2026
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles within tech-driven organizations
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
