- Identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AI ethics) with disruptive potential
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through data-driven investment proposals
- Establish industry-first partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureWorks Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies (3+ case studies)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and market trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Portfolio of patented innovations or published research
