Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted communication platforms
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into patentable innovations
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior researchers in future-proof technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or comparable tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for disruptive ventures
