Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and biometric interfaces
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on frontier technology research
- Scale prototype solutions to enterprise-grade products in regulated industries
- Present findings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build and lead a 15-person multidisciplinary innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations (3+ products)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Deep familiarity with ISO 20700 innovation management standards
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Certification in AI ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
