- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and disruptors to pioneer emerging technologies
- Quantify innovation ROI through data-driven frameworks and predictive analytics
- Drive cultural transformation, embedding agile innovation methodologies across 500+ employee organization
- Present strategic roadmaps to board members and investors, securing $50M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership, with proven 5+ year strategic planning track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and sustainability frameworks
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Sustainability (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or top-tier industry publications
- P&L responsibility for $20M+ innovation portfolios
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 3+ continents
- Certification in Future Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
