Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen computing and sustainable systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage $15M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Oversee patent portfolio development and IP strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at director level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech commercialization
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR/STTR)
