Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, IoT, and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor a 10-person innovation lab through agile development methodologies
- Drive commercialization of patented technologies with $50M+ market potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure ARR impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Published research or patents in technology innovation (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Fluency in agile, lean startup, and design thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and technical whitepapers
