- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats in next-gen tech ecosystems
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in and resources
- Mentor a diverse team of innovation specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
- Measure KPIs for innovation ROI and optimize resource allocation across experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic consulting with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3) and market adoption patterns
- Track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with focus on innovation management
- Exceptional data storytelling skills translating complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or equivalent innovation methodology
