- Lead cross-disciplinary pods of futurists, engineers, and ethicists to prototype next-gen human-machine symbiosis
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital for moonshot projects with 5+ year development horizons
- Develop ethical frameworks for sentient AI systems that exceed current regulatory paradigms
- Pioneer carbon-negative manufacturing processes for quantum hardware
- Present disruptive innovations at Davos and UN Technology Summits
- Mentor the next generation of quantum bio-engineers through our FutureFoundry program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Biology, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent disruptive field
- 10+ years leading projects with 15+ year technological impact horizons
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum bio-integration
- Proven track record commercializing technologies with >$1B market disruption potential
- Expertise in ISO 20700 future-readiness frameworks
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages including quantum dialects
