- Drive product development from concept to market launch within 18-month cycles
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with $5M+ annual revenue
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing federal grants and venture capital funding
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
