Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies, including quantum computing integration and neurotech applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions in AI ethics, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Forge partnerships with global research institutions and government bodies to shape policy frameworks for emerging tech
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving existential challenges using exponential technologies
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and secure buy-in for billion-dollar transformation initiatives
- Mentor future-focused talent and cultivate a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic leadership, with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or carbon capture systems
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technological trends in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in funding for moonshot projects
- PhD or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Computational Biology, Systems Engineering)
- Fluency in exponential technologies and their societal implications
