Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with $50M+ innovation budget
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor a team of 12+ futurists, PhDs, and industry disruptors
- Secure patents and publish whitepapers in top-tier journals
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs with Fortune 100 partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies or billion-dollar innovations
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital or corporate funding
- Published author in Nature, Science, or equivalent tier publications
