Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap spanning AI ethics, quantum applications, and circular economy tech
- Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and futurists through full innovation lifecycles
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop patentable frameworks for emerging tech adoption in regulated sectors
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 8+ innovation specialists through agile sprints and rapid prototyping
- Establish KPIs measuring tech readiness, market adoption, and societal impact
- Coordinate with global R&D hubs to ensure scalable implementation of breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Executive-level experience navigating regulatory landscapes for cutting-edge tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
