Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5-year+ foresight track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent on future-tech impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for future-tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio of launched products/services with 2026+ technology integration
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred) and ML frameworks
