- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmap for emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Drive strategic foresight initiatives through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Pioneer industry-first partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our FutureFounders program
- Deliver quarterly innovation impact reports to executive board
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-defining technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or space tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Strong financial acumen with $10M+ budget management experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
