Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for 2026 product roadmap
- Drive innovation in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 5 global offices
- Secure $5M+ in annual innovation funding
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging technologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and investors
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field preferred
- Experience with 5-year strategic planning cycles
- Strong network in venture capital and academic circles
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish
