- Design and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough innovations with $50M+ revenue potential
- Secure partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through patent analysis and market research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic product development
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, or sustainable systems)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 3+ regions
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
