Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or corporate venturing
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies or products
- Expertise in future-trend analysis and scenario planning for 2025-2030 horizons
- Strong leadership experience managing matrixed technical teams
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech)
