- Drive innovation sprints with cross-functional teams (AI, Engineering, Design)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor next-gen talent in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough products from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, neurotech, Web3)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology journals
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
