Responsibilities

- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks and future-state scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal change management programs
- Secure and manage $10M+ innovation budgets for R&D initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven experience in future-state planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Strong network within venture capital and academic research communities
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI) preferred
