Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead agile teams in prototyping quantum-secure systems and AI-human collaboration frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for exponential tech trends (neuromorphic computing, bio-integration)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive partnerships with academic labs (MIT, Stanford, UT Austin) for R&D acceleration
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and venture investors with compelling data narratives
- Build and mentor a future-focused talent pipeline specializing in 2026 competencies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight or exponential tech roles
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological convergence scenarios
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight)
- Experience with venture capital due diligence for exponential tech startups
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks governing human-machine symbiosis
