Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
- Identify and validate emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global innovation hubs
- Present disruption analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Fellowship program
- Drive patent portfolios with 95+ success rate in provisional applications
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ breakthrough commercializations
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven ability to secure $10M+ in government/VC funding
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 tech disruption impact metrics
