- Secure strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and talent incubation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Anticipate regulatory shifts in emerging tech landscapes (e.g., AI governance frameworks)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in converging tech domains: AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent innovation patents
- Executive-level experience scaling innovation labs (min. 50-person teams)
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, and global tech policy landscapes
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (WFS) or equivalent future-planning methodology
