- Develop roadmaps for 5-year product evolution with measurable milestones
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching category-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in future-tech domains: AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership on technology futures (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in emerging tech frameworks (Web4, metaverse, AGI governance)
