Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching products with 2020+ market impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight required
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, MIT Review)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
- PhD or equivalent in emerging technology field preferred
