- Secure stakeholder buy-in and manage innovation budgets up to $5M
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, or AR/VR)
- Strategic planning with experience in 5+ year roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience managing R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
