Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers
- Develop innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present future-vision roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Drive patent development for proprietary innovations
- Monitor emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
