Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era technology roadmaps
- Architect innovative solutions for climate resilience and sustainable living
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen human-machine symbiosis
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital for future-facing initiatives
- Present findings at global innovation summits (Davos, TED, etc.)
- Mentor PhD candidates in transdisciplinary research programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotechnology (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with global impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong network in Silicon Valley, EU tech corridors, and Asian innovation hubs
- Published research in Nature, Science, or similar tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
- Portfolio of at least three patented technologies with commercial adoption
