- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prototyping cycles
- Partner with UN Tech Envoy on global digital governance frameworks
- Develop patent strategies for 200+ emerging tech applications
- Present at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
- Mentor PhD fellows through Stanford/MIT joint programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Systems Engineering with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published 50+ papers in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Proven track record scaling ventures from lab to $100M+ valuations
- Deep expertise in ISO 21464 (Future Tech Governance Framework)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python for global collaboration
- Advisory board experience with DARPA and Horizon Europe
