Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-adjacent product roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with quantum computing teams to develop next-gen encryption and simulation methodologies
- Create human-centered innovation blueprints addressing societal challenges through biotech and AI convergence
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through immersive storytelling
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry-wide thought leadership through published research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning with proven 2025+ project delivery
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotechnology, or synthetic biology domains
- Advanced certification in scenario planning and systemic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three 2024+ innovations deployed at scale
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, AnyLogic)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
