Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact assessments across 15+ emerging sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation maturity tracking and ROI measurement
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership content published in industry journals
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly strategic pivots
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-building capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
