Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant security frameworks and autonomous systems
- Lead prototype development for AI-human collaboration platforms in healthcare and logistics
- Design ethical governance frameworks for biotech and neurotech innovations
- Coordinate with global R&D teams to integrate blockchain-based supply chain solutions
- Produce foresight reports on climate tech convergence and sustainable infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of 2026-readiness technologies
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging tech R&D with commercialization track record
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven ability to lead technical teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology ethics or foresight
