Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026-focused technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Architect scalable prototypes with measurable ROI targets for Q3 2025 launch milestones
- Partner with venture capital teams to secure $5M+ funding for flagship projects
- Present quarterly innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology adoption frameworks
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ filings by 2026
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in future-tech strategy roles
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in future scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
