Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 Initiative's strategic roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate industry shifts by 2026
- Secure executive buy-in and allocate resources across innovation portfolio
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience scaling global teams and managing P&L >$10M
- Published thought leadership in innovation or tech journals
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
