Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling billions of parameters for 2026-scale applications.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives focusing on LLM optimization, multimodal learning, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Reduce latency and inference costs for real-time applications running on edge devices and distributed cloud networks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Algorithmic Innovation: Propose and prototype novel algorithms to solve complex problems in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous safety standards and ethical guidelines for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data science libraries.
- Modeling: Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures, including Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion models.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems with data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
