Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 'Horizon 2026' AI platform, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead the technical strategy for machine learning pipelines, focusing on real-time inference and edge computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and model explainability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Advanced LLMs) to drive product differentiation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven track record designing distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
