- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Create predictive models for industry transformations using proprietary foresight platforms
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive culture of radical experimentation and rapid prototyping across global teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with proven 2025+ impact
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum applications, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Track record of launching at least two market-defining innovations
