Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) through market research and academic partnerships
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable R&D initiatives
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and impact measurement using predictive analytics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario planning models
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy consulting or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting disruptive technologies (e.g., blockchain, AGI, quantum computing)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
