Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (2026-2030)
- Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and social factors impacting technology adoption and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development priorities
- Establish key performance indicators for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology foresight, innovation consulting, or strategic planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, and spatial computing
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or futurism
- Experience with strategic roadmapping frameworks and innovation management systems
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementation
