Responsibilities
- Map technological trajectories for 2026-2030 horizon, identifying paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and energy systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite to align innovation initiatives
- Produce foresight reports on regulatory, ethical, and societal impacts of disruptive tech
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion responsible innovation frameworks to mitigate existential risks
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record predicting market shifts in at least two emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published author in futurism or technology ethics (journal/conference papers)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Systems Thinking)
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term tech strategy
