Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into enterprise solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for rapid prototyping of futuristic concepts
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance strategies
- Build and lead a specialized team of futurist researchers and technology analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and global research initiatives
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
