Responsibilities

- Architect strategic roadmaps for disruptive products with 5-year impact vision
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives involving AI ethics, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with market demands and regulatory frameworks
- Present findings to global stakeholders at industry summits and policy forums
- Mentor emerging tech talent and build future-proof organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging technologies (e.g., published in Nature/Science)
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum algorithms, or biotech commercialization
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong network in global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
