Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through agile development cycles
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging tech domains including AI consciousness and spatial computing
- Develop strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global research institutions
- Translate complex technical visions into investor-grade whitepapers and executive presentations
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary Future-Ready Academy program
- Secure 3+ patents annually in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in at least 3 of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science) or conference proceedings
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Fluency in 5+ programming languages with emphasis on quantum and ML frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ commercialized futuristic products
