Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Generative AI architectures capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams.
- Lead the fine-tuning and alignment of large foundation models for enterprise-specific applications.
- Architect robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure hallucination-free, high-fidelity outputs.
- Implement advanced prompt engineering frameworks and orchestration layers for autonomous agent behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards for AI best practices and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, vector databases, and distributed computing.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
