Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing minimum viable products for 2026 market entry
- Partner with venture capital firms to secure $50M+ in strategic funding
- Establish KPIs tracking adoption of emerging technologies across Fortune 500 clients
- Present annual innovation forecast to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ new IP filings
- Curate annual FutureWorks Summit featuring industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- PMP or equivalent innovation certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
