Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in R&D or innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Proven track record launching products with 1M+ users
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing venture capital or government grants for R&D
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
