Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends (2026-2030 horizon) and synthesize actionable insights for product roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing applications across healthcare, climate modeling, and materials science
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-vision implementation
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning QuantumLeap in next-gen tech discourse
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets and investment opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-product translation (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in fast-paced tech environments
