Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies with potential to disrupt markets by 2026, including AI, quantum computing, and blockchain.
- Develop and present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic technologies into our product portfolio.
- Monitor global tech trends and provide actionable insights to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, thought leaders, and academic institutions.
- Present findings and recommendations at internal and external forums, representing Innovatech as a thought leader.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, or a related role.
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies (e.g., AI, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
