Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrable impact on 2020+ innovations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent Tier-1 journals
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D initiatives with agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry disruptor status
