Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption vectors and customer evolution
- Champion innovation labs to prototype and validate next-gen solutions for enterprise and consumer markets
- Present future-focused briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to capture bleeding-edge innovations
- Design scenario-planning models for technology adoption curves and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with proven impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or hyper-growth startups
